1. Accounts
Users may create an account to access certain features of the app. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. User Content
Finivo does not allow users to create, upload, or post content such as text, images, or other media. Any unauthorized content may result in suspension or termination of your account.
3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Finivo offers subscription-based services (“Subscription”), some of which may begin with a free trial period.
- Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account at the confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Your Subscription will automatically renew unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Cancellation & Management: You can manage and cancel your Subscription by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
- Forfeiture of Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a Subscription.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, features, trademarks, and logos within the Finivo app are the exclusive property of Finivo and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
5. Feedback and Suggestions
If you choose to submit feedback, ideas, or suggestions to Finivo, you grant us the right to use such input freely without obligation to compensate you or provide credit.
6. Promotions
Finivo currently does not run promotions, contests, sweepstakes, or similar campaigns within the app.
